Terms of use.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aidey.net, any subdomain operated by Aidey, and the content, forms, downloads and information made available through them (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to visitors, prospects, applicants and the personnel of clients when they use the Site. They do not replace any signed Master Services Agreement ("MSA"), Statement of Work ("SOW"), Order Form or Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") between Aidey and a client — those signed agreements govern the services Aidey delivers and prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

Aidey is a remote customer experience, technical success, customer success, sales and back-office operations team, operating primarily from the Philippines and serving AI-native and digital-first companies worldwide. You can reach us at info@aidey.net.

You may use the Site to learn about Aidey, evaluate whether to engage us, apply to an open role, contact us, or read our blog and resources. You may not use the Site to:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems or any related infrastructure;

• probe, scan, test the vulnerability of, or interfere with the Site or its security or authentication measures;

• scrape, harvest or extract content at scale, including using automated tools to ingest Site content into a model or dataset without our prior written consent;

• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of any software or service made available through the Site;

• misrepresent your identity, your affiliation with any organization, or the source of any submission;

• upload or transmit material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, malicious or that contains viruses or other harmful code; or

• use the Site or its content to compete unfairly with Aidey, including copying its structure, copy or visual design to operate a substitute service.

When you submit information through a contact form, request a proposal or apply to a role, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. We may use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential engagement, evaluate a job application, send communications you have requested, and operate and improve the Site, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential, regulated or sensitive personal information through the Site. If an evaluation requires that kind of information, we will arrange an appropriate channel and, where relevant, a non-disclosure or data processing agreement before you share it.

The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, illustrations, icons, images, audio, video, software and the selection and arrangement of those elements, is owned by Aidey or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. "Aidey", "AI·DEY", the AI·DEY logo and the dot mark are trademarks of Aidey.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business purpose of evaluating Aidey's services. All other rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, publicly perform, license or create derivative works of the Site or its content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

If you send us suggestions, feedback or ideas about the Site or our services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without obligation to you.

The Site may link to third-party websites, services or resources that Aidey does not own or control. We provide those links for convenience and we are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party. Your interactions with those third parties are solely between you and them.

Some content on the Site — including blog posts, illustrations and editorial assets — may be produced with the assistance of generative AI tools and reviewed by our team. The Site, our blog, and any downloadable resources are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, employment, regulatory or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such. Always consult appropriately qualified advisors before acting on information you read here.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information on the Site. Any reliance you place on Site content is at your own risk. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, commitment or guarantee of any specific service outcome, service level, pricing or availability — those, if any, are set out only in a signed MSA, SOW or Order Form.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIDEY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE — EVEN IF AIDEY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Aidey's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). This limitation does not apply where it is prohibited by applicable law. If you have a signed agreement with Aidey, the liability terms in that agreement govern services provided under it, not this clause.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Aidey and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party in connection with your use of the Site.

Our handling of personal information collected through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the updated version takes effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Aidey may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. Nothing in this clause limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed agreement between you and Aidey, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aidey concerning the Site.
