Privacy policy.

How Aidey collects, uses and protects information across aidey.net and the services we operate on behalf of our clients.

This page is maintained by Aidey to describe common privacy practices for visitors to aidey.net. It is not a legal certification and does not override any specific terms in a signed agreement. For client engagements, the Data Processing Addendum attached to your contract governs how we handle end-customer data.

1. Overview

This page is maintained by Aidey to answer common privacy questions about aidey.net and the services we operate on behalf of our clients. It is not a certification and does not replace any agreement you have signed with us. Specific contractual terms in a signed Master Services Agreement or Data Processing Addendum take precedence over this page.

When we act as a data processor — handling end-customer data on behalf of a client — that client is the controller. This policy describes how we handle data we collect directly from visitors to this website and from prospects who contact us.

2. Who we are

Aidey is a remote customer experience and back-office operations team based in the Philippines, serving AI-native companies worldwide. You can reach us at info@aidey.net or via the contact form.

3. Information we collect

Information you submit through forms — name, work email, company, phone number and the contents of your message — when you contact us, request a proposal or apply to an open role.

Technical information collected automatically when you visit the site — IP address, device and browser type, referrer URL, pages viewed and timestamps — used to operate, secure and improve the site.

Cookie and similar storage information — see the Cookies section below for the categories we use and how to change your choices.

4. How we use information

To respond to inquiries, schedule conversations and send proposals, statements of work or contracts you have requested.

To evaluate job applications and contact candidates.

To operate, secure, monitor and improve the website and our services.

To send transactional communications about engagements you have with us, and — only with your consent — occasional marketing updates from which you can unsubscribe at any time.

To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our agreements.

6. Service providers and sub-processors

We use vetted third-party providers to host the site, deliver email, monitor performance and run analytics. These providers act on our instructions under written agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements, or to resolve disputes. Inquiry data is typically retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction unless a contract is signed. Recruiting data is retained for the length of the hiring process plus a reasonable period to consider future roles.

8. Security

We apply administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data we handle — including access controls, encryption in transit, principle-of-least-privilege access for our staff, and ongoing security training. No system is 100% secure; if you believe your information is at risk, contact us immediately at info@aidey.net.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@aidey.net. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

10. International transfers

We operate primarily from the Philippines and our clients are located across multiple regions. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.

11. Children

Our services and this site are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact info@aidey.net and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page along with an updated effective date.

13. Contact

Questions, requests or complaints about this policy or about how we handle personal information can be sent to info@aidey.net.

14. Cookies
