Pod-based, not per-seat
We price the team, not the chair. A pod includes the people doing the work, the lead orchestrating them, QA, training and the ops infrastructure that holds it together. One line on the invoice.
Scoped to outcomes
Every engagement starts with the volume, SLA, languages and tooling that define your reality. We quote against that scope — not a generic rate card — and we re-baseline together when it changes.
AI-assist is included
Macros, copilots, RLHF feedback loops and tooling integrations come with the pod. We don't charge separately for the layer that makes the humans faster — that's the point.
No surprise add-ons
Onboarding, training, QA, weekly QBRs and a named operations lead are part of the engagement. Overage, surge cover or net-new scopes are quoted in writing before they run.

Three calls, one written proposal, no rate-card games.
Step 01
Discovery
We learn the function, volumes, languages, tooling and the SLA you're trying to hit. No NDA gymnastics.
Step 02
